Well the last 8 days have been so hard for Anna and myself. We started swim lessons and they have been rough. Now that it is all done I can say that Anna can swim. She needs a stronger kick and swallows a lot of water which comes up while swimming but we can work on that. She does not like to swim by any means but she can do it. She jumped off the diving board today, got air while swimming, and floated on her back independently. I am so proud of her.
As Anna's treat for swimming; she got her ears pierced. She has been begging for many months. I have put her off and put her off and finally gave in. When I rock her at night she always asks "Momma do your diamonds hurt?" I always say no. While potty training I told her that she was a big girl now and she said can I have diamonds? SO as her treat she got diamonds. We had some numbing cream and she hardly cried. She loves it and I think it is so girly.

This is awesome. What a great little swimmer and ears. Emma Grace had hers done at christmas and one fell out and grew up and we haven't the courage to do it again yet.
Love, love, love it! What troopers all of us were! Olivia told her Daddy all day that she wanted to get her ears pierced, so we'll see...

I want a swim suit just like hers!!! I loved the picture of her holding onto the side of the pool giving Mrs. Mildred the death stare!!! I'm so proud of her!!!
