What a surprise for me. I had no idea there would be programs in Public School. I have since learned that there is one in first, third and fifth year. Looks like I will be going to one every year for many years, and how wonderful is that.
So Miles had his program and he said he had fun but he is no performer like his sister. He barely took his hands out of his pocket.
Miles’ teacher this year Ms. Burden has been such a wonderful blessing. He has learned so much and we just love her. Thanks for all your hard work. He told me the other day that he will miss her next year.
The kids hanging out on the official Farragut Anchor. For those of you who know me know I grew up in Knoxville and Graduated from Bearden and am a Bulldog, well at least I was. It appears as though I have moved my allegiance to the Admirals. Kids can get you to do crazy things.
The night ended just perfectly. We were driving by the High school on the way home and the Farragut Baseball team was playing so we pulled in and stood by the fence and watched a couple innings. The last inning we say a kid hit a home run which won the game and broke the most home run record for high schoolers in the state of TN. Which is 25 during his high school career if you were wondering. Did I mention he had a foul ball that Tom caught so we got to keep it and the boys have it proudly displayed on the shelf in their bedroom. Gotta love Baseball!!!!!
