Ok so I am so far behind on my little blog that no one reads but family but I will not let it go. It is my scrapbook my family memories. I have big plans of having each year put into a book so we can look at them. So now I begin the task of catch up. UGH!
Way back in June we surprised the boys with a trip to Atlanta to see the Braves play the Yankees. If you know my boys at all you know that Miles is a die hard Yankees fan (have you noticed that in most every pic of him he has a Yankees hat on) and Mason is a Braves fan. You can imagine the excitement. Anna stayed back with family.
Since it was a surprise they were not dressed for it so we packed their jerseys so they do not match but oh well the surprise was worth it.
The stadium is fun so we got there early and enjoyed the activities.
Im sure this does not mean anything to anyone but me but I want to document the speed he is pitching at so I can see progress.
We had just the best seats. We were so close to the field that we saw everything.
One of Mason’s favorite players Chipper Jones
PRICELESS!!!!
Miles’ all time favorite player. Derek Jeter
We had a wonderful night. We stayed till the game was over and stayed the night in Hotlanta.
Unfortunately someone was gonna be sad because someone's team had to loose. The Braves lost in the last ining. Miles was elated and Mason was crushed, he actually cried.
Here are some pictures that just show the difference in my guys.
He was just so happy to be there. This was taken before the Yankees Grand Slam that caused the Braves to loose.
And this is how this guy watches baseball. All focused and serious the whole time.
Great Summer Living!
