At our annual Family retreat Miles asked to be baptized. We knew he was close to making this very important decision and what a perfect place for it. After some hard questions we knew he was ready. What a day it was. I can not express how proud I am of him. We are seeing a change in him.

It was a beautiful fall day but the pool water was so cold. He requested that we sing 2 songs, Days of Elijah and It is Well with my Soul. I think midway through first song he wished we would sing them after cause it was cold.

A new self. Makes me tear up as I write this post. What a moment. Look at Tom’s face. Tears of such joy!
It is a surreal feeling to know I will see him in heaven one day. I pray daily for him and his walk with the Lord.
