The boys have really enjoyed scouts this year. We plan on going all the way with it. They have learned some really neat things and visited some fun stuff. Here are some of the highlights of our year of scouts (a tiger & wolf)
visit fire station
visit WBIR
visit Tandy leather
1 st flag ceremony
learning to fold a flag from their uncle Billy who is in the Air Force
learning to tie knots
learning safety and phone manners
making a chore list
building an owl house with Tom
Miles and Mason worked very hard to complete all the requirements to move up. We had to catch up because we started the year late because of baseball.
So they made it. In May I will have a Wolf and Bear. Looking forward to next year.
At the banquet the parents present the boys their award since it it a family accomplishment.
