SO after Christmas we loaded up for a 17 hour drive to San Antonio to visit Becca. It was a great trip. 17 hours sounds bad but it is not. The kids were great. We stopped and spent the night both ways. It was great to see where Becca and Billy are living and get a sneak peak at Billy’s job. And of course John Pierce was to precious.
First thing we did was head to Sea World. Mason was over excited.

The penguins were so neat but oh so stinky. Smelled of yucky fish since they eat all day.
How sweet is his face. Look at his tears. He needed aunt juju to make it all better and juju needs to be using her eye wrinkle cream more….oh my.
Next show was sea lion, walrus and otters. It was just ok but the animals are always spectacular.

He is a beast. HUGE but so cool. I have never seen one close up before and he was neat.
Everyone's favorite show was the dolphin show. It was a spin off from the water cirque de solei shows in Vegas. It was so AWESOME! The dolphins jumped together but the water diving and acrobatics was the best. They would dive off the top of the pavilion while the dolphins were jumping. WOW. It was hard to photograph because of such fast movements so it has to live in our memories. It was definitely worth the price of admission to see this show.
