Baby Girl is 6 and not much of a baby girl but she says its ok for me to call her that and she will always be my baby girl. Wow she has changed a lot this year. She has grown and matured more than I could ever imagine.
She is tall for her age, mature in some areas for her age and reads on a 1st grade level.
She has become very opinionated with her clothing and just about everything this year. She really likes everything I pick out but if I suggest she wears it then its an instant NO! She is a good friend to others but has an occasional nasty streak in her.
She loves her daddy and brothers but at heart is a mommies girl. She loves music and to dance. She is most of the time well behaved. She is very smart and always asking questions like “How” and “Why” and pat just because answers don’t cut it for her she need lots of details.
She can talk your ear off. She is a very fearful child. Fearing all things new to her. She will be repeating Kindergarten in the fall at the public school and I am sure the gift of time is just what she needs. She is so unsure of new things that I knew places like the cafeteria and library would really stress her out.
She is my buddy and will shop with me for hours. Last big shopping trip was to the outlets and she shopped with me for 6 hours and never complained. She is starting to fight with boys and can be loud as she complains. We are seeing some girl attitude come out and some whining but overall Anna is a delight.
I can not imaging life without my “baby girl”. We have had a bond from the start and I pray that we always have it. I also pray the God show me how to raise her to be a godly woman as I thank him for the precious gift she is to me.
