When I was pregnant with Mason I was so worried I could not love another child as much as I loved Miles. Everyone told me I could but I was so unsure. Then I had Mason; and I just knew when I found out he was a boy that he would look just like Miles and all the other Denton’s. From the first sight of Mason he has been so different from his brother. I don’t love Mason more than any other I love them all so differently. I would have to say when talking about love and Mason the word passion is the first that comes to my mind. He is the most passionate person in this house, not just about love about everything. Passionate about his animals, is life fair, telling stories, praying, eating, really in everything Mason does passion just flows. He is definitely the comedian of the household. The biggest difference in him this year is that he has realized he is funny and uses it for his advantage. He loves to fart on command and also uses that to his advantage. He is turning out to be a little athlete. He is doing great in school and love to play the wii and his ds.
He is a great communicator and expresses his wants and desires often. Mason is amazing to me in the fact that he goes with the flow. I mean really go with the flow, he wears just about anything, eats anything, wears any shoes. If he can’t find one pair he moves onto to another without any fuss. It really takes a lot to get him worked up. He falls to the majority and doesn’t make a fuss if its not his way. You know I am so like too. (haha) He loves riding the bus with his brother and is reading well. His favorite things to eat are cucumbers and corn dogs but will eat anything I make. He is my best eater. He has lost his two bottom and one of the top is loose. Since the big birthday his “special” is staying in the bed. I really thought this would be a hard transition for him but it has not been a big deal at all.
Mason there is no one quite like you. I know God gave you to me so I would stop and smell the roses in life. You have calmed me down so much. I love living life with you, seeing all you see. Worms really are cool. I Love you, Mom
