Both of the boys played basketball this winter but I am a bad mom and only got good pictures of Mason. Of course as Mason always is he takes a long time warming up to sports and I think he is not an athlete but by the end of the season he always rises to the occasion. And this season of basketball is no expectation. He really enjoys playing ball.
He was a great shooter but it did not go in every time. The first basket he made of the season was priceless and most of Mason’s moments are. He looked back at Tom and myself and said “YES” but the excitement on his face and pride was just the moment of the season not just for me but other moms commented on it too.

Look at his leg. Oh my how I love it. I have several pictures of him doing it. He did it every time he was waiting to see if the ball went in. LOVE IT!
I was trying to get a pic of an actual basket. I wanted to capture his face but unfortunately none went in that I got. Maybe next year.
